All clients are given a consultation at their first appointment to discuss any questions, to choose the style and length. Each set of lashes is fully customized to enhance your natural eye shape and lashes! We work together to create a masterpiece!

 

Types of Eyelash Extensions

​

Classic

​

• Classic sets are a great introduction to having lash extensions or great for the classy lady, looking for a beautiful, natural look. 1 quality extension adheres to 1 natural lash. This includes custom lash mapping to create the perfect look for you!

• Complimentary after kit included complete with lash cleanser to ensure the best retention and lash health!  ** Fills are recommended at the 2-2.5 Week mark

 

Hybrid Lash Extensions

​

• The hybrid set involves a half and half mix between a classic set (single lashes) and a volume set (handmade fans 2-4 lashes per fan). This is a natural-looking set with a little bit of fullness, but nothing too dramatic. This set is best for those with a ton of lashes already or those wanting a more natural look. Complimentary after kit included complete with lash cleanser to ensure the best retention and lash health!  ** Fills are recommended at the 2-3-week mark*

 

Volume Lash Extensions

• Volume involves adding 4-8+ thin extensions per natural lash. This is a fuller lash line for those wanting a more glamorous, full, volume look. This set is best for those with sparse and thin lashes or those wanting more fullness in their set. This includes custom lash mapping to create the desired style & fullness. Complimentary after kit included, complete with lash cleanser to ensure the best retention & optimal lash health. **Fills are recommended around the 2-3-week mark.

 

All Hybrid and Volume Sets

At Luxe we only want the best for our clients and the lash sets we create. All our hybrid & volume fans are handcrafted with thin eyelash extensions create a beautiful fan. We then assess the diameter of your natural lash to ensure your overall lash health is not compromised by overloading the natural lash with too much weight!

 

Before Your Lash Appointment

 

Clean Face Policy

​

• You must arrive with makeup fee clean eyes, in the days leading up to your appointment refrain from eye makeup and mascara. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

• We want to set you up for success with your beautiful new investment! Lash extensions only adhere to CLEAN lashes! 

• Any clients who arrive with makeup will be asked to wash their face and given the needed supplies; a $5 cleaning fee will be applied & our 72-hour touchup policy will be void.

 

No Caffeine

​

• Please refrain from drinking any caffeinated beverages before your appointment, this is time to relax! You will be offered a beverage on your way out!

 

Headphones Welcome

​

• As much as I love chatting, to stay focused and produce the best quality product for you, I ask that we keep chatting to a minimum! We always have time to catch up and such, but you are more than welcome to bring your own headphones and listen to something or request a podcast/music type.

 

Fills

​

• Clients MUST have 40% of lashes remaining to be considered a fill. Should you require a full set this will be discussed with you at the time of your service. If you are experiencing a heavy loss of lash extensions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. There are many factors that play into having the best retention and we are here to educate and set you up for success. All clients are given a premium lash cleanser at their first appointment, Please ensure you review the aftercare guidelines and wash your lashes daily, this will provide you with the aftercare to keep these beautiful lashes healthy! Don’t be afraid to clean them!

 

New Client Deposits

​

• We reserve the right to request for a deposit to hold services prior to booking, should you have had a no show in the past or rescheduling with lack of notice, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit. All deposits are put toward the clients’ service. The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to provide 24 hours’ notice to rebook or cancel an appointment.

 

Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy Cancellation

​

• As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email, or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee or any deposit paid will be forfeited. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Calgary has to offer!

 

Sickness or Family Emergency / COVID

​

• If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last-minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.

 

Other Artists' Work

 

• If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your cur-rent extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, Luxe Beauty Vault, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.

 

48 Hour Touch Up / Refund Policy

​

• Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of your services, Luxe Beauty Vault will offer a complimentary 45 Minute touch up. Should the client no longer want the product a complimentary lash removal will be provided. The client must contact us as soon as possible.

• Our prices reflect the time, product and skill required to perform the service. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds apply to services rendered. ​
